The above statement holds true for those who are conscientious to their duties and responsibilities.
“Leaders are born” and “leaders are made”. “Leaders are born” are those whose leadership qualities are in built and the latter are those whose talents are within but requires to be nurtured properly. These leaders rise to the occasion by virtue of their experience (years collection of mistakes and rectifying oneself from the same).
Somehow I fall into the second one. Being in the educational field since August 1984 (uninterrupted), I have not only enabled my children to clear their school level but also helped them to work as bonafide teachers in schools of repute. I have tried my level best to maintain good rapport with my parents (the front line stakeholders), my colleagues and above all my most wanted children for whom I am here.
I have joined this institution on 1st March, 2024 with a vision and mission of having permanent affiliation (affiliated to CISCE XII) for the school. The bricks need to be cemented and coloured, primary (annex building ) needs to be remodelled and last but not the least to create Dunlop English Medium School the best school in the district. For the achievement of my goals I definitely need your whole hearted cooperation coupled with my MCM teaching and Non – teaching staff. I feel you have a lot of confidence in me and that which you have proved when I made a change in the choice of stream between Commerce and Science in Class IX and which you acknowledged whole heartedly. I only hope that I am ably helped by all stakeholders in my endeavour towards the achievement of my organizational goals for my school.

While most people would regard learning as a way to earn a livelihood and live lavishly, we at Dunlop English Medium School are of the considerate opinion that it is a metamorphosis and blooming of personality. As an individual, a young pupil is born with the inherent ability to learn and grow. However, the opportunities and milieu offered to them play a definitive role in the life lessons embodied and imbibed.
